What kind of art do you create?

I create original artworks, specializing in contemporary abstract paintings primarily using acrylics and mixed media. While abstract is my main focus, I also take on realistic paintings upon client request.

Additionally, I love to create themed mini canvases for newborns and kids. These mini canvases come in three sizes: 25×20 cm, 20×15 cm, and 15×15 cm.

How do I clean the artwork?

To clean your artwork, gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water and cleansing sprays.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes, I offer gift options for your special occasions. You can choose to gift a painting with a personalized note. Additionally, I offer gift cards, allowing your loved ones to select a painting or commission their own artwork. Check my Gift Cards page for more information or contact me.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

Do you provide installation services for your paintings?

Each canvas comes with a hanger pre-installed from the back ready to be displayed as soon as it arrives.

However, If you require the painting to be installed by a professional team, I do provide installation services in the UAE and Lebanon. The team ensures that the artwork is securely and beautifully installed.

Installation is available for an additional fee, depending on location and painting size. The installation service team determines the cost which is separate from my artwork pricing.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How can I purchase a painting?

You can directly purchase a painting from my website using credit or debit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

How do commissions and reservations work?

To create a quote, an initial meeting is held to describe the scope of work, including the painting’s size, style, framing, and color scheme.

Photographs and videos are exchanged throughout the process, and client feedback is integrated into the final product. The average commission period is between two and four weeks, though this can vary.

For commissioned artwork, a non-refundable 40% deposit is required to begin the process. Similarly, to reserve a painting, a deposit must be made to secure your artwork. In both cases, payments can be made securely using Ziina.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is the delivery time?

For domestic shipping, delivery typically takes between 2-5 days. For international shipping, delivery timelines may vary between 1-4 weeks.

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees?

For customers outside of the UAE, you may need to pay import and tax fees. Each country has its regulations in this regard.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

I offer free delivery within Dubai and Lebanon. International shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and whether the painting is rolled up or shipped by wooden box.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return your painting in 14 days after receiving it. The painting must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The painting must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. The shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
